The way declined payments appear on a failed online link is far too subtle and easily missed. We get a lot of customers calling in thinking that have completed a payment only to find out that it had failed.
I have attached an image of how it presents on a standard size phone screen for example purposes.
I have discussed with Leigh already and believe she is discussing this with either the devs or the card company but I was asked to record all this on here as well.
