With the way the system works, the service advisor creates the VIE from the back of the checklist.
This means that they are not having much interaction with the jobsheet unless they are physically going back into it to look at the comments.
There may be important information in the comments regarding the job or additional information they need to know that is not on the VIE for one reason or another.
If the comments from the jobsheet popped up when creating the VIE (like customer and vehicle comments do when creating the jobsheet), this would allow them to quickly scan these notes and see any additional relevant information that would help them when speaking to the customer or creating the VIE.
