Sermi requires for audit purposes a customer signature , id/vehicle verification data to be held for 5 years. I know we already have the ability to take pics of customers id and documents but a separate tab that we can store all the required info and also have the ability to send/request a customers signature would be much better and I'm sure it could also be done to simplify the mandatory auditing checks we will get?
