Can the system be set to prompt us when we have a vehicle on the system with the same VIN?
For example if we have previous history with a vehicle and then the customer calls to book in but has put a private reg on it. If they don't tell us then it just creates another vehicle card for the new reg and the subsequent vehicle history is then split across two vehicles. This is not possible to merge at a later date.
It would be great if it noticed the VIN is already in our system and prompts us before creating the vehicle card.
