Pop up on create VIE with Jobsheet Comments

Sometimes, customer comments can be missed, specifically if you open a VIE from the 'Awaiting Confirmation' tile.

This can lead to issues where there is a note for the customer not seen as it is only present on the jobsheet.

It would be good if the customer comments could pop up when you create a VIE for that job, so they could be quickly reviewed so you have all the information without having to go into the jobsheet from the VIE.
