I want a way of not just keeping track and recording what special tools we own but also I want to be able to see what tools are applicable to the vehicle I'm looking at.
In envisage it works like service package versions do where a special tool card has conditions that make it applicable to a vehicle.

Yes I have been thinking about how to do this.
As we are moving site I will be sorting, cleaning, lebeling and I was thinking of catalogging in someway the tools.
Maybe using an excel tabel in onenote - so it's easily serchable.
Then also maybe location - shelf number.
Also I ws thinking of giving each tech a physical token (Like a voucher) they leave in the tools location when they take it. (Maybe each tech gets 3 tokens or something)
